  • Acting as your trusted liaison with shipyards, designers and suppliers. We oversee technical decisions, coordinate all parties, and ensure upgrades or refits are executed to the highest standards—on time, on budget, and always in line with your vision.

  • Coordination between design and construction teams to align technical requirements with execution. Proven experience from America’s Cup technical programs and the construction of the offshore racing super-yacht Skorpios (ClubSwan 125), ensuring targets for time, weight, cost, and design are consistently achieved.

  • Management of complex technical programs involving multi-part assemblies, specialized systems, and strict timeframes. Coordination of tasks, resources, and suppliers to ensures seamless integration, timely delivery, and alignment with performance and cost objectives,

  • Production of precise 3D models and 2D technical drawings to support design offices, yards with construction drawings and sailing team’s operations.
